Are you a confident PR professional who thrives on building relationships, shaping stories, and
leading campaigns that truly make an impact? We’re looking for an experienced PR Manager to
take the lead on exciting accounts and play a key role in driving creative, results-led PR strategies.

The role

As PR Manager, you’ll be the trusted day-to-day contact for your clients, managing relationships with
confidence and ensuring requests are handled efficiently, whether by you or through your team.
You’ll lead press office activity from start to finish, overseeing the creation of high-quality press
releases, delegating and outsourcing where appropriate, and ensuring everything meets the highest
editorial standards before it goes out.

You’ll be proactive and persuasive, pitching creative story ideas to journalists across phone, email,
and face-to-face meetings. Attending events and media opportunities will be a regular part of your
role, giving you the chance to network, strengthen existing relationships, and build new ones.

You’ll also play a key role in planning and delivering press trips, from organisation through to
execution, working closely with media partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
Supporting the wider team, you’ll contribute to the development of PR plans, creative campaign
ideas, targeted media lists, and realistic timelines that drive meaningful coverage for your clients.

About you

You’ll bring 3+ years’ experience in PR, with a strong understanding of the travel and lifestyle
media landscape. Experience working with tourism clients and/or the cruise sector would be a real
advantage.

You’ll already have a solid network of media contacts across national and consumer titles and be
confident managing campaigns, teams, and budgets. You’re an exceptional writer and
communicator, with the interpersonal skills needed to build lasting relationships with clients,
journalists, and colleagues alike.

A good understanding of social media and how it integrates with PR strategies is essential, as is a
collaborative, proactive mindset. Above all, you’re a team player with a genuine “can-do” attitude and
a passion for delivering standout PR.
